Ayurveda for everyday living.

Nourishment, movement, and daily rhythms, rooted in nature.

Welcome to Mountain Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian approach to well-being that connects how we eat, rest, and live with the rhythms of nature. Here in Cache Valley, I offer practical guidance for bringing that understanding into your everyday life.

A Grounding Practice You Can Use Today

Sit or stand with both feet on the ground. Let your shoulders soften and take three comfortable breaths. Notice the support beneath you. Begin here, with a moment of attention.

Explore food, movement, and daily habits with guidance that meets you where you are. No previous experience with Ayurveda is needed.

Life in Rhythm

Fresh salad

Stories, practices, and seasonal reflections for living in rhythm with nature.

Woman holding Indian gooseberries in her hand.
Vegetables cut and prepped on kitchen table.

This is not a space for fixing or forcing change.
It is a place to remember rhythm, nourishment, and care —
through food, breath, movement, and attention.

Some people arrive here for guidance.
Others for learning.
Others simply to feel steady again.
